But he is back at least for a short period to give us some more sexy editing for the THF contest! I've watched this once before but I will be watching it 2 more times, 1 time so that I can evaluate the edit, and the 2nd time so that I can evaluate the clips. Lets get started gents! Editing: One of the darkest, sexiest, and attention getting intros I have seen recently. Instantly you can already get a good feel for how this edit is going to be presented to you, and you know you're in for some sort of dark song with a heavy hitting beat. Revenge synced beautifully to this beat and mixed in some awesomely settle but hard hitting effects. The theater work was also incredible with tight quick angles of Spartan mayhem that keeps the flow going solid. As for the contest itself, I feel like this edit might get overlooked as it doesn't have much that stands out apart from that intro but still a solid entry from Revenge. Editing 8.5/10 No technical flaws, Solid as fuck Gameplay: The gameplay was good, and in the end I believe it fit the editing style of Revenge really well. There were some nice multis like the stick Jaro on guardian, and 241 troc on Pit, but what stood out the most were those sick shots Element was hitting for his triples and overs. Now depending on who you talk to those low multi sick shots could have only ended up being really nice highlight clips, but in this case I felt they were used in a way that made the clips more enjoyable and more sick than they would have been in a highlight video. Those shots really sorta reminded me of some Hyena clips as well, obviously no where close to the same level, but still sick and enjoyable. Gamplay: 8/10 No jaw droppers, sick as fuck shots for low multis, some nice bigger multis as well
