Halo 5: Guardians has harbored some of the dearest memories and friends in my years of gaming, and I am forever grateful to 343 Industries for continuing to strike the match that Bungie initialized. Warp Speed was originally going to be released in 2016 but it wasn’t meant to be. Every clip from the original render was either replaced or repurposed as the standards grew along with my channel. Regretfully, a blend of pressure and burnout drove me away from the community for over 3 years, but one of the biggest revelations in that time was that it wasn’t the state of Halo 5 or the increased standards that drove me away. It was me. Much has happened since 2017, and I am far more comfortable with my own existence than I was when I vanished. If you’re still with me, thank you. There’s so many people, and most of the names were pulled from Twitter or my XBL messages. The render took hours on my pos MacBook, and the upload took even longer.
