Meadow Sunrise | Quivz & Lowell

This video is a marvel. In an era inundated with sniper lobbies and Xbox ground war clips, Quivz and Lowell gave us something a little off the beaten path with Meadow Sunrise. Every single aspect of this video holds up incredibly well even to today’s standards for videos of this style. The clips are good and consistent with clear style in the gameplay, the song choice is beautiful with wall to wall hits from The Strokes, and the edit ties it all together in such a beautiful and unassuming way that it simply can’t age out of it’s excellence. It’s a simple video with no fluff. I give extra special marks for the bounces and eles in this video that would still make many a big teamtage today. Fun side note: this video also introduced me to The Strokes properly or at least was the first time I saw the vision. Great video from a time gone by and I will cherish it forever.
